只有死者的配偶可以是非公民当执行者。但是你不是配偶。

公司这么说是无法变通的。我想告诉你的，是公司说的你需要律师的建议，理论上你不需要律师。本坛不推荐律师，我觉得就你的研究能力，可能需要一个律师，因为你车轱辘话把两个概念混淆了
