Weighted ranking based on payscale and college scorecard income data, and average SAT。 公校是in redfonts

毁人名校：NWU，Vandy，Chicago，学费贵，但提升力income-SAT比和旗舰公校一样。和真名校差太多了.

旗舰公校selectivity远低于私校。如果1500 SAT去UIUC，那么expected income based on payscale, 就应该是1500*105.82 = $158,730, 比Chicago高
