Ohio是个鸟不拉屎的地方，那里很难留住人才，这是当地人说的。It's not going to be a bright spot on her graduate's resume, in the same way it's not going to be a blemish either.

您问问题的方式有点儿绑架回答的人去说 CWRU 是个名校   :-)   我的 initial reaction 也是说 yes, 但是based on what I know 我觉得那是误导您。根据您的message，推荐Umich, UCLA, Virginia，甚至 Geogia Tech, UCSD, Illinois, Purdue， 这些都妥妥的是resume上的亮点而且是蒸蒸日上的好大学， if not yet 名校 today.
