如何找老师写大学推荐信

文学城爬藤父母们好，我女儿学习成绩优秀。因为修课较多且课外活动较多，平时与老师互动较少。没有与高中哪位老师有深入接触。找的老师都答应。可是不知道写的好不好。老师们的推荐信不打开给女儿看。我有两个问题请朋有们帮助回答:

1. 在这种情况下，有没有好的策略保证拿到好的推荐信？

2. 顶尖学校需要怎样的推荐信才称得上好？
