回复：请教皮匠大师，小白兔等各位大师：投资移民的广州面试和F1签证

侄女F1现已在美国读书，美国签证10月底到期。他们一家正在办投资移民。现有几个问题需要请教：

  （1）明年上半年的广领馆面试（I-526），侄女也一定要到场吗？她人已经在美国，是否可以不离境？需要办理什么样的手续？

-If she wants to get the immigration visa, she needs to show in the interview personally.

  （2）她人已经在美国，如果回国，就要重新签证再入境，那么F1还能再签过吗？

-No because the immigration intent so obviously.

如果F1不行，应该签什么样的签证？

-Immigration visa.

  （3）为了在绿卡拿到之前能够重新回到美国继续念书，有什么办法能够保证顺利签到F1？

-One practical choice: she does not need to go to China to get the immigration visa, but choose to file I-485 within US by doing following-to-join after her parent (primary visa appilcant) enters US using the immigration visa.
