-Immigration visa has different categories just like EB1, EB2 or family based (F2A,F2B, etc.), but all are green card visa. I-526 is for Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur (investment category).

如果I-526在pending还没有最后的结果，而且如果侄女又未能签上F1，那侄女的学业不是要中断了吗？

-Correct. But as long as she has not filed the immigration visa application (DS-230) or not filed I-485 yet, she still has a chance to get the F1 visa during the I-526 pending because the I-526 is for her parent (investor), not for her. She is not counted as having immigration intent at this point.
