多谢8老师回复。但还是不确定我的"具体处理时间（Pending days)"如何计算, 烦请8老师帮助明确以下2个算法哪个正确，还是都不对：

1. 处理时间（pending days）=140的批准时间（Notice date：03/26/2015) - PD 03/14/2014

2. 处理时间（pending days）=140的收件时间（Receipt date：09/12/2014) - PD 03/14/2014

-都不对.  Th correct one is: 处理时间（pending days）=140的批准时间（Notice date：03/26/2015) - 140的收件时间（Receipt date：09/12/2014)
