多谢8老师！可是也有移民专业网站就用“140批准时间-PD”来算的，请参见以下链接。 Anyway, 还是有些Confuse。

-I-130 or NIW, EB-1 I-140 can use PD because the PD is the same day of the receipt date for these cases. PERM based EB-2 or EB-3 has to use I-140 receipt date. Some immigration lawyers are not good and make mistakes all the time.
