难道说在绿卡得到之前完全不能动么？
-You can change job now without affecting your EB3 I-485, but your EB2 I-140 will be invalid unless you will come back to work for this employer later.

还是新的140批了后，relink完成后，等180天呢？
-If your Eb2 PD is current, you can do the relink and then you can change job.
