先用EB3申请了, i40, 485趁着当年都交了. 现在要交EB2的140. 好象要4个月左右批. 之后是否要等另外一个180天, 才能换工作.
-Is the EB2 filed by the same employer as the EB3? If yes, you can not change the job.Otherwise, your EB2 I-140 will be invalid because the Eb2 PD is not current and thus, you can not do the I-485 transfer/relink from Eb3 to Eb2.
