If you check the DHS statistics, the EC6 category (CSPA principal) numbers are confidential for recent years. and don't forget there are CSPA derivatives.

But as I said earlier, the primary reason that Chinese EB is fewer than India (or even South Korea) has more to do with 7% in total (EB+FB+other) categories that are subject to numerical limits. (so IR is not counted)
