I am still not clear about this.
As you and other people mentioned in many places, PD of one company can not be transfered to another company. But it does happen in reality. One of my friends' friends did this. I asked this guy how he transfered, he said he's not sure since all things were handled by company's lawyer. That's why I want to know if anyone here happens to know how this transfer works. I want to change my job without losing PD, too. thanks a lot!
