向小白兔等请教 EB3 TO EB2

昨天问过，没人力我。再发一遍, thanks
If I change my job after my PERM EB3 is approved,
say I change to a new position(in another company) which qualifies EB2, can I carry over the priority date of EB3 from first employer to EB2 of the second employer? If not, when can PD of the first labor be carried to the second labor, after I-140 filed, or when?

My situation is I want to change job while keeping my current PD if possible.
