我夫人的H1身份月底就要过期（我是H1，身份暂时无碍），我们想在月底前把绿卡申请送上去，来避免她身份的失效（但她尽量不想走H4，怕影响EB1-A申请）。 我们会申请2个EB1-A cases, 每一个case 中，我和她都会轮流担任主副申请人，有几个问题想请教下：
1，为了维持她合法身份，是不是只要我们递交了140申请 （并且USCIS收到了）就行？还是说必须140和485同时申请才行？

2， 因为我们会申请2 EB1-A cases, 那是不是说每个人有可能会收到2个EAD/AP cards?
-You had better only apply for one EAD/AP.
3, 我们申请2个，是想其中一个作Premium Processing, 另一个做backup以维持身份，这样可行不？
- My suggestion to you: because EB1A is complicate and cost is large, I would suggest you and your wife only file one EB1A I-140, not file I-485 before the I-140 approval (in case I-140 denial to waste I-485 filing fee). Then, after I-140 is approved, each of your file I-485. Your wife need to change her status to H4 in this case. Because she has no job, you may file I-140 as the primary applicant.
