我把材料分成下列几个categories:

I - Letter of Employment

1. Copy of the offer letter

2. Financial Capacity Letter

II - Academic and Professional Qualifications

3. Curriculum Vita
4. Evidence of Ph.D. Degree, Tran , and Evaluation of Academic Credentials

III - Judging the Work of Others

5. Evidence of Serving as a Reviewer

6. Letter from Editor of xxx journal

IV – Letters of Support for “Outstanding Professor/Researcher” Classification
7.Letter from...
8. Letter from...
。。。。。
14. Letter from

V – Publications in Scholarly Journals and Conference Proceedings

15. List attached with Title Pages and Abstracts of each published paper.

VI - Immigration Status History

-You need a petition letter which is most important(which is different from cover letter). You also need a letter from your chair or supervisor to verify your working expereince in your field for at least more than 3 years (specific the year number for your experience e.g. 5 years, etc.).

看着对头么？ 那tab是只tab 6个大类， 还是要tab "Item 1....Item 17"?
-Item 1 ...17.

最后， I-140 和I-907form 加支票放在最上面，还是cover letter 放在最上面？
-Cover letter on the top, then the petition letter next. Cover letter is the letter simply explain what kind of the application(s) is(are) and list the documents provided.
