谢谢老师的回答,我还有一个问题: 我可以以employer的名义自己set up efile account吗? (我知道employer 的所有信息). 或者我知会一下Dean,如果他同意了,我可以自己作吗?
-Talk to your employer (Dean), and if he/she agree, you may do prepare it and ask the Dean to sign it electronically. You can not do it without your employer's permission.

我们学校所有的绿卡申请都是Dean签字的,这是惯例,可能不同学校政策不一样.
