Please give your comments for Possibility of EB1 application

I would like to get your comments.

My experience are as follows:

1. 29 papers (18 international journal papers and 11 international conference papers)

2. program committee memmber for seven international conference.

3. review 25 international peer-reviewed journals.

4. citation number more than 70 times.

5. I'm a research fellow (H1B).

I want to apply for EB1a or EB1b.

Anyone can tell me if I am qualified for EB1 based on my above experiences.
