假如我通过EB1的485拿到EAD后，立刻注册了一家sole proprietorship,因为H1B只能为提交申请的雇主工作，所以这样做必然意味着我要动用EAD。只是不知道USCIS能不能查得出来？
-They will find it if you get paid from your own company.

如果用了EAD后EB1被拒，我还能一边申诉，一边reinstate your H1 within U.S. by filing H1 petition after I-140 denial么？
-You may need to go outside US to get an H1 visa to come back to reinstate your H1 in these case.

如果不能reinstate H1的话，那么我是不是一定要把EB1申诉的案子拖到我的EB2排期到达，可以递交485/EAD/AP才能免于黑了身份？

或者说我只要动了EAD，EB1申诉的案子就一定要打赢，否则就算拖到后来EB2的EAD/AP到手，中间还是有一段无法reinstate H1的黑了身份的时间，是不是？

怎么才能把EB1申诉的案子拖上2-3年？我能不能先file I-140 Motion to Reopen/reconsdieration，如果被拒的话再file I-140 appeal？如果这个再被拒的话，还有没有办法继续上诉？能拖多久？
-No way. If your Motion to reopen or appeal is denied, you can not do it again any more. Only one choice is file another new EB1.

-You can use AP to come back within one month after your I-485 is denied.（我猜想应该是140先据然后才导致485跟着被拒，是吧？假如EB1的140和485不是同一天拒的，这一个月的宽限期是从最先被拒的那个算起还是严格跟着485被拒的日子算起？）
-Normally your I-140 an dI-485 will be denied at the same time in your case. You may have one month to prepare to leave after your I-485 denial (the deadline for you to leave is indicarted in the denial notice).
