AP, EAD and H1b,confused. Experts, please see this again

I know Pjiang and others answered this kind of question all of times. I am in anther situation. If I am holding H1 visa and EAD, work full time for the h1b sponsor and part time work using EAD, once I use AP to travel and return to US, what kind of status I will be in? Talking about status, I know is parole status once you use AP, if EAD expire before H1 expire, should I renew EAD? Or I should just renew H1 once I get back? thanks
