If I am holding H1 visa and EAD, work full time for the h1b sponsor and part time work using EAD

once I use AP to travel and return to US, what kind of status I will be in?

Talking about status, I know is parole status once you use AP, if EAD expire before H1 expire, should I renew EAD? Or I should just renew H1 once I get back?
--你可以renew EAD在任何时候. 要重新申请H1/或renew H1可以再次获得H1,但你一用EAD,H1就再次作废.
