小白兔 : Please help with EAD application question

My I-765 application was submit in July. My case was rejected and the whole package was mailed back to me yesterday as I forgot to signed my name on I-765 form.

The notice says " after the application or petition form is properly signed,
pleas resubmit this entire package. including any fee payment which we have returned as part of this package, to the address listed below. To speed processing, please leave this notice on top"

As I submit my I-765 with payment $180.00 in July. I am wondering whether I shall attach the returned check(180.00) or new check of $3xx.00( The I-765 application has been increased since AUG 1st). It looks that the notice asks
for the returned fee payment. please help! I didn't submit the I-765 with I-485.
