If your I-485 was submitted after 7/1/07, you're qualified to $180 fee, as long as I-765 is received by 8/17.

Otherwise, you may be qualified to $180 because of rejection notice; or subject to $340 new fee due to effective date of 8/1. I believe it's USCIS's discretion and you'd better refer to this post.
