thank goodness, xiaobaitu, please help me with my EAD

My situation:

485 pending; visited China once with AP; my old EAD will expires on 12,May; Just filed the documents for a new one today.



My questions:

1. Can I get an H-1 with premium process before 12,May?

2. How long does it take to get the Employment Authorization Card ?

3. What if I still have not got a new card in August after I take a personal leave without pay pending work authorization? and when I have to take the personal leave (which means I cannot work), does it affect my 485 (based on NIW)?
