我从F1转为J1，我的DS-2019上写着 Not subject to two-year residence requirement, 不知是移民局那个不懂事的写的（有没有发生在你们身上？）。问学校，说这没用，还是两年服役。 所以要豁免。
律师第一次看到这样的DS－2019，狂喜，编号计划。 后我解释，他说，公司要我办工卡，我就办工卡。 J1的事你自己搞定。
这不是一码事吗？
