律师的主意是

我现J1，正办J1豁免。公司要给我办H1B， 4月申请，10月才能用。他们要我早点开工，交代律师给我想办法。律师说申请杰出人才绿卡，同时递140和485，然后拿EAD上班至10月，与H1B接上。 他的办法行得通吗？我担心我的处境。再说，J1豁免不知何时下来。 律师这是不是杀鸡取卵？
