well, man, u did has fault!!!!

I can feel your pain when you found ur wife betroy you. However, it's the past, Be a real man, you may understand her, not as a rude guy just know how to hit her, even called police to send her back to China. U were arrested that's because you did wrong thing.
I do see how good she treated you and how strong she is willing to remain your marriage. If you can't forgive her, it's ur choice, you may simplly go to local court. You don't need to fight her again and again. And called her mom, it's not a man who should do that. If you fear you would get punished by the court, if it is, that's why you desire, however, I'm sure you can get divorce finally, Be a man!
By the way, you may move out to seperate from her, it's good for you guys if you don't care not much money.
