Domestic violence victims can apply for green cards without their abusive spouses. So find a shelter for domestic violence or a legal aid office. You can also go to a court to ask for information of legal aid. Talk to them. They provide no fee or low fee service to women who are domestic violence victims. Good luck. Make sure you call police next time he hits you. Take care.
