法庭应该给你配免费律师，你如果没有钱，就听律师的指导

最大可能是认罪判缓刑，有犯罪记录。即使被判无罪，你也起码有逮捕记录。你的案件有两个证人，即使妻子可以拒绝作证（marital privilege),小孩如果被招，必须如实回答。

不要想其他问题，先集中精力对付官司和家庭问题。
