老师好。我想请问关于家暴绿卡的申请。
我老公是H1签证 我是F1签证，我们结婚四年 有一个美国出生的孩子。前几天老公对我实施了家庭暴力 殴打，恐吓，其实我没有想报警 结果邻居打了电话 。警察来的时候他刚好冲过来打我，所以我解释根本就没有用 直接给拷走了。不过我还是昨天把他从Jail里面给保释了出来 过一个月还要再次上庭看case会如何判。我想问 我这种情况是否可以申请家庭暴力绿卡？非常感激
