If your attoney is criminal attorney, you may need to hire an immigration attorney too.  Honestly, even a good immigration attorney cannot say anything like this for sure.  However, chances are you will not have a problem to do those immigration documents inside the States except I-485 requiring criminal background check. Strictly speaking, you are not guilty until being convicted.
