Ceramic Tile or Rigid Core Elements (Armstrong flooung)

for Hallway and Bathroom.  Which one is better?

 

Ceramic tiles is the white very basic tile 12X12 for hallway and 6X6 for bathroom.

Armstrong flooring is below.
