冰箱饮水机问题

GE冰箱，4年新，饮水机有很大响声，水流变小，猜想是water inlet valve坏了，根据型号在网上找了一个，原来的已经不生产了，要了个替代品。换了water inlet valve，没有了噪声，也没有水。

请高手看看， 这是什么问题？谢谢大家。
