If you get the faucet at Walmart, it would be hard to get replacement parts later? 

Which faucets do you have from Home Depot that you have been able to get replacement parts there also?  not every HD employee is helpful.  Sometimes they give wrong information.  You are more reliable.

Tenants usually cannot wait.
