He is too nice to let you have the money to spend in the joint account. Remember, half of joint account money is his. If the account is frozen, your alimony is not enough for you to spend. Now, I understand why "补充两句" said that. Divorcing is not a win-win case. it is a lose-lose case. If you are expecting to get lots of money because of divorcing, you will be disappointed finally
