1，本人没有在美国工作过。一直在家带孩子。法院会判我为孩子的监护人吗？

2，离婚后我和孩子还能继续享受孩子父亲的医疗保险吗？

3，如果孩子的父亲不同意离婚，我可否以他长期不在美国为由（一年内有半年在中国）单方面申请离婚。

4，除了给孩子的抚养费，我还可以拿到赡养费吗？

In general, yes, but there maybe a time limit (it depends on how long your marriage lasted).

5，除了两人的共同财产，我还可以分到其他吗？如公司股票，退休金等。
