您需要有律師代表您,因為您們结婚不到15天他就回国了,所以您應該考慮要求法院依據這個事實判決這個婚姻無效,依據CA FAMILY.CODE SECTION 2210 (D)的規定 The consent of either party was obtained by fraud, unless the
party whose consent was obtained by fraud afterwards, with full
knowledge of the facts constituting the fraud, freely cohabited with
the other as hu*****and or wife.
您的律師或許可以argue這個部份要求法官依據事實判決這個婚姻無效.
