也上来问离婚的问题，请老猫和别的懂法的朋友看看

我在Dallas结的婚,现在刚搬到加州,老公还在德州。因为家庭暴力愈演愈烈，我想离婚，不知道应该在哪个州请律师？如果可以，我希望能在加州提请离婚诉求，因为独自抚养幼儿又工作，不方便经常往返德州。为了早日解脱，我想放弃孩子的抚养费（孩子现在跟我），不知道我是否有权利这么做。各位多谢了。
