请教：离婚的问题

我们结婚四年，可以说是打架吵架了这么久。彻底厌烦了，想离婚，可老公不干，还
威胁说要把孩子拿走。他平时在家极懒惰又自私，我觉不会把孩子给他。请问大家
我该怎么办？
