Childsupport and alimony are so important for my son and me to start our life tegether. Even if I get all our current saving in our account,which would never happen, it's not enought to pay half a year's daycare fee.
He borrowed $7,000 from me before we get married.And never paid me back since we get married.How can I get these money back if we divorce. (I don'v have any evidence of the borrowing). Is it possible that I can ask a layer to write some agreement between my hu*****and and me now indicating that the borrowing happened before our marriage, and if we divorce in the future he will pay me back with a lump sum of money.
