its last year's-2006 tax return. We were married at that moment. I just filed divorce paper 2 weeks ago.
He filed for married-joint tax ,and now because some problem, he need me to sign so we can get thousands of dollars return. But in my situation Im waiting to discuss with him about the settlement agreetment, can i sign the tax return form for him?
