加州离婚当中下一步

我是pettitioner原告,已走过以下两步:
2/18/07:filed dissolution at a court
3/19/07:severed preliminary disclosure documents by a 3rd persong to respondent.
1. Do I need to notify the court about the service of the preliminary disclosure now?
2. The respondent will not file a response to the action neither discuss further division of any property or debts with me within 30 days. How many forms should I file with the court after 4/19/07 to enter default?
