如果是你FILE，你在FILE的文件上可以要求：joint legal custody, you have 100% physical custody, father paid child support, father get visitation right.
Once you file, you are the petitioner, he is the one who need to response within 30 days. Then, you can offer him to negotiate an accepetable term if he doesn't want fight on court.
Kick this ball to him which give you more space to negotiate for what you want: 争取到了孩子的100%监护权,条件是孩子的父亲不需要付赡养费，同时他可以探望孩子.
