I am not really sure. But if the money is earned during marriage, wife definitely has a share of it. If the money is earned before marriage, if the wife has to support child, and if the man do not agree to give child support after divorce, the wife might be able to get some of that money?

I think the wife should find a lawyer and try to freeze the account (I am not sure if it is possible) first.
