小孩上学之类的决定

如果离婚，一方有weekend的监护权。一方有星期一至五的监护权。

诸如小孩上什么学小（小学）之类的决定，是否还是要父母双方一起决定？还是有星期一到五监护权的那个自己就可以决定？
