原来的房子价钱里面，一万多是你和你老公的投入，剩余价格是你父母对你的赠送，属于你个人

你现在要把那一万多元和其增值拿出来分

比如原价十万，你一万你父母九万，现在房子二十万，那里面10%是你们夫妻财产，90%是你个人财产

你和你老公要分二万。
