离婚的agreement可以反悔？

大拿们评论一下，有个朋友找网站填表提出离婚，有个agreement，对方签字了 。上庭前还找过律师咨询，问对方会不会当庭反悔，律师review了agreement说不能反悔。
上庭时，女法官问女方是否确定使用这个agreement, 女方不确定，结果agreement就无效了。
请教大拿们，这个agreement要怎样弄才不能反悔？
