1. You cannot drop the charge. It is filed by prosecutor.

2. You have to go to the court if you are summoned. Otherwise, you may be charged with court contemplate.

3. The reasonable way you can help your hu*****and is to write or talk to the prosecutor, saying you do not have any intention to go further.
