想代理国内的知名品牌服装在美国卖，可行否？

实在没有做生意的经验，请各位不吝指教！

1。这个牌子我一直很喜欢，设计、质量很好，价格适中。估计美国人也会喜欢
2。不知道美国要收进口关税么，成衣类怎么收？
3。想租个店铺做，不知道办手续麻烦么？
4。还没有看到中国品牌的衣服，在美国有专卖店，为什么呢？
