新手求教：如何在麻州（MA）注册LLC公司？

我住在麻州， 想注册一个LLC公司在网上卖点东西， 已经从联邦政府得到EIN号，不知要在州政府哪个部门注册(register)？好象州政府的 Department of Revenue 和 State Secretary 都有注册服务，不知它们有何区别？该如何注册？
