本州注册了一个LLC公司问题

在本州注册了一个LLC公司，如果第一年没有生意，还需要缴什么费用吗？哪里可以查这些规定？ 我和SECTARY OF STATE的人谈过，他们说什么都不需要，缴纳了注册费后，这个公司就是ACTIVE的，因为没有涉及买卖，也不需要VENDOR 执照，也问了STATE TAX部门，因为没有VENDOR 执照，也不需要建立TAX ACCOUNT， 一年就和收入一起报税，请参谋，我问对了吗？谢谢
